Common Troubleshooting Tips
I did everything exactly as shown but my AI still isn't calling. Why not?
If you set up everything as shown in the demo, but your AI Assistant still isn't making calls, here are the two most common reasons why:
- Your Wallet Balance is Low
- If you are the Agency Owner of your account, ensure that you have set up your wallet and that it has a positive balance. Having a negative balance will stop calls for ALL of your subaccounts.
- If you are a subaccount user on another Agency account, ensure that you have setup the wallet inside of your subaccount.
- If you are the Agency Owner of your account, ensure that you have set up your wallet and that it has a positive balance. Having a negative balance will stop calls for ALL of your subaccounts.
- Your Ai Assistant does not have a phone number linked to it
