Set Up an Agency Snapshot for New Sub-Accounts with Default Features, Assistants, Rebilling & Admin Lock
Background & Purpose
Setting up an agency-level snapshot that applies default settings, feature access, assistant templates, and rebilling to every new sub-account. It also explains how to lock sub-accounts using an admin password for added security. This setup ensures consistency, speeds up onboarding, and gives agencies full control over what new accounts see and can use.

-
Click on the Agency tab in the main dashboard.

Go to a sub-account with a well-built assistant (e.g., landing page).

6. Create a New Sub-Account (Test or Live)
-
Go to the Manage Accounts section.
-
Create a new sub-account to test or deploy.
-
Once created:

Rebilling prompt will appear (if enabled).

Pre-selected features will be enabled or hidden.

Pre-added assistants will be visible and ready to use.
-
7. Admin Lock the Account (Optional)
